Business decision-support service
LT Tender Trace provides procurement discovery, qualification, cited recommendations, and workflow support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, certification, or procurement-authority advice. It does not submit bids or bind a subscriber.
Subscriber responsibility
Subscribers must verify notices against the official source, keep organization access and evidence accurate, complete independent review, meet deadlines, and comply with applicable procurement, privacy, export, sanctions, and confidentiality duties.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must be authorized adults using accurate account information. They must not bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, misuse source data, impersonate another party, or use outputs as proof of eligibility without verification.
Customer content
Subscribers retain their customer data and grant LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES the limited rights necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service without using private content across tenants.
Subscriptions and termination
Plan, price, billing period, renewal, tax, cancellation, export, suspension, and refund terms must be shown at checkout and in the final order. Cancellation, individual-account deletion, and organization deletion are separate actions.
Launch blocker
The final contracting entity, registered address, governing law, courts, liability terms, and applicable consumer or business protections require legal approval before these terms become effective.
