Scope and data
LT Tender Trace processes account identity, organization membership, billing metadata, approved capability evidence, public procurement records, product work, AI validation records, usage, security events, and support communications to operate and protect the service.
AI processing
Gemini supports notice classification, requirement extraction, evidence comparison, and Bid, Partner, Monitor, or Decline recommendations. Material conclusions require citations and human review. LT Tender Trace does not use one subscriber's private content to benefit another subscriber.
Sharing and transfers
Data is shared only with selected infrastructure, authentication, AI, payment, email, support, professional-adviser, and legally required recipients. The current Supabase project is hosted in the United States. Required EU and UK transfer safeguards must be completed before launch.
Your choices
Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, and complaint to a data-protection authority. Requests require proportionate identity and authority verification.
Retention and security
Customer evidence follows the active subscription and documented export/deletion period. Security logs are targeted for no more than 12 months, support records for no more than 24 months, and encrypted backup rotation for no more than 90 days after active-system deletion, subject to lawful retention.
