Account and organization deletion
Deletion scopes
Canceling renewal, leaving an organization, deleting an individual account, and deleting an entire organization are different actions. Organization deletion requires current owner authority. A final owner must transfer ownership or delete the organization.
Request method
Self-service controls are planned under Settings and Data and privacy. Until those controls are verified, email the support address from the account email with the subject Account deletion request. Include the account email, organization name, requested scope, and whether an export is required. Never send a password, token, payment-card number, identity document, or customer evidence by email.
Verification and export
LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES reauthenticates the requester, checks organization authority from controlled membership records, offers the supported export before irreversible work, and records only the minimum deletion evidence.
Timing and retention
Email requests are targeted for acknowledgement within three business days and completion within 30 calendar days after verification. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before rotation. Minimum tax, accounting, security, fraud, legal-claim, and request-compliance records may be retained while the lawful need remains.
Effect
Affected sessions are revoked and scoped customer content is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Deleting LT Tender Trace access does not delete the user's Google, Microsoft, or Apple identity-provider account.
